About The Role

This is an opportunity for any proactive relationship or sales professional working in the investment services sector looking to take their career to the next level.

You’ll work directly with C-Suite to build our exceptional cornerstone customer base. You will use your extensive experience to identify opportunities and develop new and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with clients to drive innovation, the GrapheneIS roadmap and guide them through the complexities of the global investor services industry.
  • Responsible for the overall relationship health and growth of the GrapheneIS customer base.
  • Develop long-term partnerships within the industry as an advocate for GrapheneIS.
  • Gain insight into our ideal client business and become a consultant and advisor to their needs and broader business agenda.
  • Partnering with clients to drive innovation, the GrapheneIS roadmap and guide them through the complexities of the global investor services industry.
  • Indirectly lead multifunctional account teams, leveraging subject matter experts to implement growth plans.

What You Will bring

  • Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to participate in the growth of colleagues.
  • A Desire for continuous improvement.
  • You will have an understanding and appreciation of fintech and investor services industry with a focus on digital investment platforms.
  • Commercial experience either through new sales or account management.

Typical Day

  • Presenting innovation and collaboration roadmaps to multi-tiered customer forums
  • You may be negotiating complex commercial contracts with C- suite stakeholders
  • Provide customer insight and advocacy in product design and workgroups
  • Contribute to industry strategic planning
  • Running a client strategy session – sharing clear strategic direction and whiteboarding client growth plans.
