Chief Operating Officer

About The Role

The COO role will focus on strategic operations, leadership, product development, project management and at its core – making things happen!

You’ll work directly with the CEO to envision a new set of strategic initiatives and then implement them. You will analyse opportunities to support strategic decisions, including identifying market trends, business drivers, operational impact and metrics, and developing financial models.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with GrapheneIS’ Board of Directors for business updates and request monthly or quarterly meetings with department heads.
  • Work with the CEO to analyse how the business is performing and the steps needed to achieve successful and sustainable scale.
  • Design, review and improve organisational structures and help resolve ongoing issues.
  • Plan, structure and deliver project research, analysis, and recommendations in the form of written deliverables and reports.
  • Improvements to GrapheneIS’ ongoing processes and organisational procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Collect departmental reports and build, develop and update company dashboards.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect with and build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about Fintech/capital markets.

Set yourself apart:

  • Previous Platform / Wealth Management experience.
  • Worked for over 5 years in global custody and execution services.
